2014
Durrah Advanced Development Co. was established by a partnership between Saudi Developers ( CBC, IPDC ) and global sugar player ( WILMAR ).
2017
In November 2017, the construction of the refinery plant began at King Fahad Industrial Port, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
2021
The facility was operational and started production in October 2021.
2022
As of 2022, the refinery is capable of producing 2,500 tons of refined sugar every day.
